Joint Venture Partner
at Vision Express, you’ll become a shareholder in our business, where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of a Vision Express store, including the sales, customer service and staff management. You’ll get a real scope to put your passion into practice and be fully rewarded for the difference that you can make, all with the backing of an established, trusted brand.
Your passion for optics will support our ambition to ‘Create Joy in Vision’ for our customers maximising their lifestyle through appropriate eyecare and eyewear solutions.

Be passionate about eyecare and our brand - This is essential, as you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality eyecare for your customers Have a strong business acumen - You’ll need to be able to manage the store effectively and make financial decisions Great communication at all levels with the ability to build rapport with both customers and colleagues Be a team player - you’re part of a larger Vision Express team to, so you’ll need to work effectively with others Be adaptable - the optical industry is constantly changing and is fast-paced, so you’ll need to be able to adapt to these changes and work well under pressure and be able to handle challenging situations Be committed to excellence - you’ll have the passion, drive, and enthusiasm to be the best and provide the best service to your customers, but also, your colleagues.
