We are looking for an enthusiastic and initiative taking Affiliates Executive for our Affiliates team. The role is to support in the recruitment of Affiliate partners, data analysis, campaign creation and execution and working with internal teams and stakeholders.
As an Affiliates Executive, you will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the Affiliate campaigns for car, pet, travel, home, van and landlord insurance products, focusing on producing work to the highest of standards and meeting sale targets.
Success will be measured through improving product performance, streamlining internal processes, supporting the Affiliates Manager in ongoing recruitment and campaign activations
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining of relationships with key contacts across the affiliate landscape – both internal and external.
* Management of internal processes to ensure the timely delivery of partner campaigns.
* Working with partners within company guidelines and industry regulations.
* Utilising Affiliate platforms to recruit and manage partners.
* Independently carry out day to day optimisation.
* Gather data, generate reports and carry out advanced performance analysis.
* Contribute to internal and external meetings.
* Respond to internal and external contacts within appropriate time scales.
* Continually review and suggest changes to tactics based on currentperformance and impact on campaign goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
* 12+ months in an Affiliate role (client side, at a network, agency, or publisher).
* Passionate about performance marketing with a keen interest in the development of Affiliates as a channel, keeping track of new developments within the industry.
* Highly literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* Ability to think critically and problem solve effectively.
