Are you looking to join a friendly, boutique team based in Wakefield or Garforth that delivers quality work in private client law? This practice has an excellent reputation for staff retention and is keen to hear from aqualified Chartered Legal Executive or experienced private client fee earner qualified by experience,to hit the ground running with a full private client caseload.
Reporting to the Head of Department, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality private client work.
The Role
* Draft Wills, Powers of Attorney, and provide support with estate planning
* Handle Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and estate administrations
* Advise on tax matters within your knowledge and elevate complex issues externally
* Act on Court of Protection Deputyship applications and trusts
* Use the case management system to ensure proactive, efficient case progression and clear communication
* Get involved withbusiness developmentand marketing
About You
* Qualified Chartered Legal Executive or have substantial private client fee-earning experience
* Strong commercial mindset
* Ambitious and looking to build a long-term career in private client law
