We MANUFACTURE. We DELIVER. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Group Sales Manager to lead and strengthen our national sales function. Role Overview: The Group Sales Manager will take full leadership responsibility for DATIM’s sales operation across Doorsets, Ironmongery and associated product lines. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is accountable for: Driving sustainable revenue growth Strengthening margin performance Developing a high-performing, accountable sales team Expanding framework and multi-room market presence Embedding disciplined forecasting and pipeline management Ensuring strong operational alignment across departments This is a senior leadership position combining strategic direction with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a structured sales strategy aligned to DATIM’s growth objectives Focus on multi-room, framework, regulated and compliance-led sectors Identify and convert new business opportunities across core markets Strengthen market share with main contractors, developers and strategic partners Support product expansion opportunities, including bundled and scope-of-work growth 2. Leadership & Team Development: Lead Key Account Managers, Pre-Construction Managers and Internal Sales teams Establish clear role accountability, performance standards and behavioural expectations Mentor and develop future sales leaders within the organisation Embed resilience, proactive outreach and a competitive mindset within the team Create a structured and repeatable sales methodology 3. Account & Framework Management: Strengthen relationships with key clients and framework partners Drive structured quarterly account reviews Increase depth of engagement across procurement, design, commercial and operational stakeholders Promote early technical engagement to improve win rates and margin control Position DATIM as a long-term, trusted manufacturing partner 4. Commercial & Operational Alignment: Ensure sales commitments align with production capability and operational capacity Collaborate closely with Estimating, Project Management and Operations Improve the quality and clarity of sales-to-project handovers Support margin protection through disciplined scope control and early engagement Reduce risk through structured commercial review processes 5. Pipeline, Forecasting & CRM Discipline Establish accurate forecasting and visibility across the sales pipeline Maintain structured CRM processes and reporting standards Drive proactive opportunity creation and disciplined follow-up Ensure pipeline health supports predictable factory loading 6.
