A high-profile regulated organisation is seeking a strategic and solutions-oriented Enterprise Architect to play a key role in shaping and delivering its digital and technology transformation agenda. This is a confidential appointment, reporting directly to the Director of Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust enterprise architecture framework that supports the organisation's vision, operational needs, and future-state technology landscape. Key Responsibilities: Shape and deliver the digital and technology roadmap, balancing innovation with legacy system stability. Lead enterprise architecture planning, ensuring data priorities, reliable delivery, and clear milestones. Set architectural standards across application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security domains. Map current and future-state processes to support strategic transformation. Drive scalable, user-focused product and service design across digital portfolios. Build data architecture to generate insights from analytics, systems, and operations. Scan emerging technologies and trends to inform strategic decisions. Align project roles with governance frameworks to ensure effective delivery. Advise senior leaders on investment and transformation priorities. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within complex, multi-stakeholder environment Ideally within regulated, public sector or service sector environments Strong understanding of government digital and technology standards, security frameworks (such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, or ArchiMate), and enterprise integration patterns. A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Experience working in hybrid environments (on-premise/cloud), ideally with exposure to Microsoft Azure, enterprise SaaS, and data platforms.
