Ensure the branch is well-organised, clean and safe for both employees and customers. Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered, received, and stored correctly. Conduct regular stock checks and work with suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels. Identify slow-moving items and work on strategies to reduce excess stock. Ensure that customers receive prompt, professional and knowledgeable service. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints and manage any escalated issues effectively.
