If so… we are seeking a Leader to develop Kendal Network Youth Church, Cumbria.
Responsibilities
* Inspire and empower young people to explore faith and come to know Jesus in creative and relevant ways.
* Develop excellent relationships with local schools, churches, and communities to connect with 11–18-year-olds.
* Lead and equip local church leaders to develop their own vibrant Youth Ministries.
* Recruit and train volunteers in mission, to create a dynamic network of sustainable projects.
* Be part of a dynamic and aspirational team.
