Job Title: Geography Teacher
Location: Rotherham – S60
Pay Rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)

Are you an enthusiastic Geography Teacher passionate about inspiring students to explore the world and develop critical thinking skills?
GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join a supportive school in Rotherham (S60). This role provides the opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, promote spatial awareness and environmental understanding, and foster a love of learning about the world.
As a Geography Teacher, you will:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Inspire students to explore physical, human, and environmental geography.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and engagement.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting lessons as needed.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Geography curriculum and extracurricular opportunities.
* Maintain high standards of behaviour management, safeguarding, and pupil welfare.
Requirements for the role of Geography Teacher:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching Geography in UK school setting.
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage students across different abilities.
* Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills.
* An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* A full CV covering the last 10 years, with explanations for any gaps.
