Job Description Care Home Manager £60,000 per annum | Residential & Dementia Care Our client, a trusted and values-led care provider, is looking for an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to oversee two small, well-established services offering residential and dementia care. These homes are more than just places to live—they are communities where older adults are supported to live with dignity, purpose, and joy. As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational performance of both services. With a strong team already in place, your role will be to lead, inspire, and ensure the delivery of outstanding care, while driving continuous improvement across both homes. This role is ideal for someone with vision, resilience, and a passion for creating high-quality, person-centred environments for older adults, including those living with dementia. What We’re Looking For Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager Level 5 in Health and Social Care A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards Excellent leadership and communication skills A clear understanding of regulatory, compliance, and safeguarding frameworks Commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive performance A compassionate, forward-thinking approach to care What’s on Offer?
