We are looking for an experienced Waste and Recycling Supervisor to join our client's busy Rugby-based team.
This is a full-time, urgent role supporting all aspects of waste management.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and motivating a small group of operatives
* Keeping control of KPIs, costs and purchasing
* Running daily briefings, tackling staff issues, and completing computer-based tasks.
* Communicating with members of the public and local councillors
* Handling complaints and queries promptly
What we're looking for:
* Proven supervisory experience within waste-management, street cleaning, or something similar
* Good understanding of health and safety
* Strong organisation and time-management skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
