Artus Air is on a mission to redefine indoor air quality through award-winning innovation in climate control. We're growing fast - and we're looking for a passionate, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join us on that journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early-career marketer looking to deepen their experience in a role packed with variety, autonomy, and impact. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll take the reins of our diverse events programme and help raise Artus Air's brand presence across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Own our events calendar - Plan, coordinate, and deliver outstanding B2B events in sync with broader marketing activity.
* Boost brand presence - Collaborate with our PR agency, consultants, and exec team to keep Artus Air on the industry radar.
* Engage our customers - Coordinate customer events and engagement activities, with tailored follow-up strategies.
* Ensure consistency - Maintain strong brand identity and experience across all touchpoints.
* Measure what matters - Track the impact of events, product launches, and awareness campaigns.
* Collaborate cross-functionally - Work hand-in-hand with sales, creative, product, and external partners.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
* Has around 2+ years' marketing experience, ideally in events, communications, or brand.
* Is organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
* Can confidently manage multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships.
* Communicates clearly - in person, in writing, and in presentations.
* Is comfortable using tools like HubSpot or other event/CRM software.
* Has a good eye for brand and detail - and cares about getting things right.
* Is curious, ambitious, and wants to learn across all areas of marketing.
Location & Travel
* Hybrid working (2 days in our Edinburgh office).
* Some travel to London and UK events is required - and potentially international trips in future.
