Requirements:

* Registered Nurse / Midwife with current NMC registration
* Experience interviewing registered and unregistered healthcare professionals
* Healthcare experience is required

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement new care packages
2. Re-assess clinical tasks and requirements
3. Lead monthly team meetings
4. Conduct care planning and risk assessments (initial and ongoing)
5. Attend new client meetings as required
6. Perform medication and clinical audits
7. Provide clinical supervision for Registered Nurses on care packages
8. Sign off competencies and manage staff
9. Coordinate with the MDT as needed
10. Support regional Care functions with clinical oversight in line with best practices, policies, standards, and legislation including CQC regulations
11. Report to the Operations Director and Clinical Management within financial plans
12. Support Care services to meet agreed standards
13. Ensure care delivery aligns with person-centered care plans and client needs, including long-term conditions (e.g., Cerebral Palsy, MND, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, MS), ventilation, tracheostomy, spinal injury, acquired brain injury, pediatric complex care, learning disabilities, end-of-life care, medication, diet, and nutrition management
14. Ensure staff are trained to provide personal care tasks, including bathing, washing, supporting mealtimes, and using medical equipment
15. Work within the ethos and structure of OneCall24 Healthcare, supporting its mission, vision, and values
16. Develop strong working relationships with care and management teams
17. Maintain current clinical skills and pursue ongoing training
18. Lead or participate in quality and safety audits of complex care delivery
19. Support staff development through spot checks, feedback, and action planning
20. Travel within the region is required daily
