We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help define and fulfil the marketing strategy for both our brands: Not Another Bill and Bespoke-ly. This role will be responsible for executing the brand vision across all our digital channels, consumer experiences and marketing campaigns. You will have a strong understanding of what goes into creating a compelling lifestyle brand, collaborating closely with the ecommerce, creative and product teams to successfully implement 360 campaigns.


Our team mission is to create unforgettable gifting experiences that bridge the gap between customer desire and commercial success. We are looking for someone with fresh ideas, who can execute this vision and help take us into the next stage of growth.


What We're Looking For


Strategy & planning: Develop and execute a high-standard omni-channel marketing strategy. Manage the marketing calendar to ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned on seasonal launches, product focuses and stories each week, delivering a cross channel, cohesive customer experience, from creative concept to rollout.


Content: Lead content creation across all channels in partnership with our creative studio, overseeing everything from in-house shoot production to managing external creators and partners.


Brand collaborations & partnerships: Drive brand recall and commercial growth by identifying and rolling-out end-to-end opportunities with brands, influencers, and affiliates.


Social media: Define the organic social strategy and manage all brand social accounts to build community and engagement.


Email marketing: Oversee daily email output, regularly optimising flows, campaigns and segmentation to hit performance targets.


Paid media: Partner with our performance agency to optimise paid content, sharing insights with the creative team to ensure campaigns are set up for success.


Budget management: Own the content budget, strategically allocating spend to high-impact areas while maintaining meticulous monthly cost-tracking against the wider marketing budget.


Reporting & analysis: Analyse performance data to provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimisation. Confidently present insights to the wider team and senior leadership, including the Founder and Managing Director, during weekly trade meetings.


About you


* At least 6 years’ previous experience in a brand or marketing role.
* Have a strategic mindset, with the ability to balance the creative and commercial.
* Knowledge of Shopify, Figma, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and Klaviyo is desirable.
* Experience managing Meta, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn business accounts.
* You are highly organised, focused and practical, with an ability to work across different projects whilst hitting key deadlines.
* Unafraid to break conventions.
* Have a strong awareness of competitor and industry activity and trends.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Contract


* Full time, 40 hours per week*, Monday - Friday


* Please note, this is a full-time role based in our Ladbroke Grove office, with the option to work one day a week from home


Salary


* Salary: £50,000 - £55,000, based on experience
