3. Oversee and manage all aspects of the TUPE process during employee transfers.
4. Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on TUPE-related HR matters.
5. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
6. Prepare and deliver detailed TUPE documentation and communications.
7. Conduct consultations with transferring employees and resolve queries effectively.
8. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless transition process.
9. Support the integration of transferring employees into the organisation.
10. Maintain accurate records and produce reports on TUPE activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Consultant (TUPE Project) should have:
11. Proven experience handling TUPE processes
12. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
13. The ability to communicate clearly with employees and management teams.
14. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing HR projects.
15. Confidence in producing and presenting TUPE documentation.
