Key Responsibilities
* Lead all core finance activities including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, compliance, and governance
* Deliver commercial insight and financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making and business growth
* Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability, costing, efficiency, and performance reporting
* Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, reporting, and systems
* Oversee management accounts, board reporting, statutory accounts, audit, tax, and banking relationships
* Support investment appraisals, capital expenditure planning, and long‑term financial strategy
* Enhance visibility across margins, inventory, work in progress, operational KPIs, and overall commercial performance
* Lead ERP optimisation, reporting automation, digital systems development, and business intelligence initiatives
About You
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
* Proven experience in a senior finance leadership position
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence operational and strategic outcomes
* Experience with ERP systems and supporting digital transformation projects
* Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication, analytical, and decision‑making capability
* Hands‑on, pragmatic approach with strong attention to detail
