*Experience*
* Proven experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
* Familiarity with basic maths for measurements and calculations related to fabrication tasks.
* Experience working with sheet metal is advantageous.
