Job Summary
Krystal Architecture Limited is seeking a reliable and experienced Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our growing team. This role is primarily home-based, with the flexibility to attend client meetings when required. For this reason, applicants must be based in Basildon or within close proximity.
Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative support, including filing and record keeping
* Managing correspondence and communication with clients and colleagues
* Scheduling and coordinating meetings
* Preparing and updating documents as needed
* Attending virtual meetings via Teams, Zoom, or other online platforms
* Managing and posting on company social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn)
* Supporting marketing activities to promote the company's services and brand
* Generating leads through marketing and social media activity
* Providing professional support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
* Proven administrative experience
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Honest, reliable, and highly organised
* Confident using Teams, Zoom, and other virtual meeting platforms
* Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for business purposes
* Ability to assist with marketing tasks and generate leads
* Competent with basic IT tools and office software
* Full driving licence and access to a car (to attend occasional client meetings)
* Must live in Basildon or nearby areas for ease of travel to clients and meetings
Hours & Pay:
* 16 hours per week, worked over 3 days per week
* £13 – £15 per hour (depending on experience)
