As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of one of the nursery rooms, ensuring a high standard of care and education for the children in your care. What We’re Looking For Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years (or equivalent). Experience working in a nursery or early years setting, ideally with some supervisory or leadership responsibility. Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS framework. Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for early years care and education. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).
