We are currently seeking a Psychosocial Interventions Lead to join our Psychology Team and enhance our Drug & Alcohol Services with a psychologically informed approach.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Psychosocial Interventions Lead, you will:
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality, targeted individual and group psycho-social interventions.
* Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
* Contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures.
* Utilize outcome measures to enhance psycho-social treatment provision.
* Provide cognitive-behavioral insights during case consultations and team meetings.
* Supervise staff in delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy interventions.
* Manage client and family feedback mechanisms to improve services.
* Identify treatment gaps and collaborate with the national psychology team to develop effective interventions.
* Be an integral part of the senior clinical team, fostering a psychologically-informed service.
Are You the Ideal Candidate?
We’re looking for someone who possesses:
* Current accreditation with BABCP (or working towards it).
* Experience in offering CBT within the Health & Social Care sector.
* A Master’s Level qualification in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy.
* A collaborative spirit and effective cross-organizational working style.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in IT systems.
