This multi award winning specialist school is looking for an Individual Needs Assistant for a full time role (term time only) starting ASAP. This is a fabulous opportunity for a Teaching Assistant that enjoys working on a 1:1 basis and is keen to support children with a complex needs in a fun, creative and fast paced setting.
Applicants for this role need to be creative, resilient and able to think on there feet. Your number 1 role is to make learning accessible, fun, enticing and interactive to children with severe and complex learning difficulties. The school in question is award winning, rated ofsted outstanding and has a long waiting list due to its popularity in the local county. You would join a committed team and would support in the delivery of a creative, relevant and practical curriculum that meets the needs of the children's individual needs. 9. Relevant teaching Assistant, childcare, care and/or SEN experience (Must be able to provide references)

11. GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
Responsibilities:
12. Supporting a SEN learner on a 1:1 basis
13. Supporting a primary aged learners with a severe and complex needs
14. Working with the teacher to support the learning objectives
