Senior External Sales Engineer - Account Management Role
I am recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of industrial solutions for a Senior External Sales Engineer to manage and grow a portfolio of key clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled sales professional who thrives on maintaining strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions in the Industrial Applications Industry.
The Role -
1. Cultivate relationships with water utility companies and food/beverage clients as an external sales engineer
2. Identify new opportunities to expand the company's reach and influence.
3. Prepare professional proposals and negotiate terms
4. Close deals effectively and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction as a Senior Sales Engineer
5. Leverage knowledge of pumps, hydraulics, and industry-specific challenges to design effective solutions.
6. Provide technical insights to customers during consultations, emphasizing quality and cost-efficiency.
Minimum Skills / Experience Required:
7. Relevant degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, hydraulics, or related fields as a senior sales engineer
8. 5 years in a sales role with technical elements.
9. Strong understanding of pumps, hydraulic systems
10. External Sales experience and records of hitting targets
