The successful candidate should have a secure knowledge, understanding and experience of both GCSE and A-Level Art and Textiles.
The department offers Fine Art (including ceramics), Textiles and Graphics, each housed in its own dedicated studio and delivered to an exceptional standard, with excellent results at GCSE and A Level. Art plays a central role in school life, with pupils' work celebrated through regular exhibitions and our annual Fashion Show.
The successful candidate will provide strategic and creative leadership, inspire pupils across the Senior School and lead a team of specialist teachers in delivering an ambitious and engaging curriculum. This role is ideal for an outstanding practitioner with a clear vision for Art education in an independent school setting and the ability to inspire both pupils and colleagues.
