About the role:
We’re creating a dedicated team of Support Workers to provide specialist care when our client returns home from her residential setting. She spends two days at home with her family every other week and that’s where you come in.
Our client has learning disabilities, global developmental delay, and is non-verbal. She’s full of personality and thrives with the right support around her. You’ll never work alone every shift is double-up, meaning you’ll always be alongside another Support Worker.

When you will be working:
We have both day and waking night shifts available on a consistent two-week rolling pattern:
Week 1:
* Monday & Tuesday Days: 8am8pm (2 x 12-hour shifts)
* Monday & Tuesday Waking Nights: 8pm8am (2 x 12-hour shifts)
Week 2:
* Enjoy the entire week off
This pattern repeats every two weeks, giving you consistency and a fantastic work-life balance.
