Perform supplier qualification, product/ process qualification & supplier development within a local and global supply base for the components and services across a variety of commodities.
Provide supplier quality performance data to ensure a meaningful supplier performance evaluation
Interact with key stakeholders to investigate potential Product Non conformance
Lead supplier root cause investigations and corrective actions through Problem Resolution process.
Conduct improvement projects to Quality and Delivery performance improvement
Investigate and resolve manufacturing capability issues within the supply chain to ensure business continuity
Train and coach suppliers to improve aspects of their business performanceDimensions / KPIs
Supplier caused Non-Conformance Cost and % in relation to purchase volume ordered
Number of Non-Conformance Reports/Concessions and % in relation to orders received

Supplier Quality Engineer/Quality Engineer with experience in Industry
Proven track record of structured problem solving
Understanding of manufacturing or service processes
Understanding and application of ISO9001:2015
Excellent communicator
Have ability to read/understand technical drawings & documents
Very good dimensional, visual and cert inspection skills
Have a valid driving licence and be able to travel, including international travel
Understanding and application of ISO9001:2015 - preferable
Few years / Junior experience in technical experience - doesn't have to be in energy
