Job Title: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Rutherglen, Glasgow
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Job Purpose
To liaise with Dalkia customers, ensuring a high-quality service while maintaining profitability and efficiency across projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Successfully manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Control project costs and maintain profitability while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental Policy, Quality Assurance, and company procedures.
3. Develop strong client relationships by delivering excellent service, optimising future business opportunities.
4. Ensure all works adhere to relevant British Standards, client specifications, and statutory requirements.
5. Lead, motivate, and support site-based teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
6. Provide technical support, training, and development opportunities to enhance business effectiveness.
7. Identify and secure new business opportunities through existing relationships and market development.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
8. HNC or equivalent in Building Services Engineering (Chartered Engineer status preferred).
9. Extensive experience in M&E project management, including financial and commercial knowledge.
10. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
11. Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
Desirable:
12. Proven track record in financial and accounts management.
13. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and drive high performance.
14. Strong understanding of risk management and commercial principles.
