Are you ready to join a leading international law firm as a Workflow Coordinator / Document Production Specialist? As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a crucial role in optimising workflow processes and ensuring the seamless production of documents in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The Role:
* Manage and optimise workflow processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Ensure all documents adhere to house style and firm-specific procedures
* Identify bottlenecks and suggest effective solutions to improve workflow
* Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
* Maintain clear communication with fee earners for complex tasks
* Ensure deadlines are realistic and renegotiate when necessary
* Keep the workflow system and DPC inbox consistently updated
The Candidate:
The ideal Workflow Coordinator / Document Production Specialist will have:
* Exceptional technical skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Experience in document production practices and technologies
* A proactive, flexible attitude with a "can do" approach
* Ability to work independently with excellent initiative and judgement
