Overview
A leading media and creative agency group is seeking a forward-thinking Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy, drive new business growth, and build a high-performing revenue engine across agency services and strategic partnerships.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading and growing sales and marketing, identifying new revenue opportunities, and driving performance across social/influencer agency services and strategic brand partnerships.
This senior, hands-on role requires deep social media expertise—not just platform knowledge but a strategic understanding of social’s role in broader brand and marketing objectives. You should have a track record of scaling commercial teams, developing product-market fit, and creating winning pitches.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the commercial strategy across agency and partnership streams
* Support product development and go-to-market strategies
* Work with leadership to achieve revenue targets
* Build and manage a high-performing sales, strategy, and marketing team
* Develop new business pipelines to support growth
* Partner with marketing to shape go-to-market campaigns
* Identify and evolve revenue streams in social/influencer services and strategic brand partnerships
* Represent the company in client meetings and industry events
