Join Our Culinary Team – Chef Wanted!
Location: Fort George, Inverness, IV2 7TD
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, (Monday to Friday, working 1 weekend per month with 2 days off during the week)
Shifts: Between 6am and 18.30pm – enjoy your evenings free

What you'll do:
* Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
* Support fine dining and hospitality events
* Train and mentor new team members
* Follow recipes and maintain kitchen records
* Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans
What we’re looking for:
* Relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent).
* Team player with effective communication skills.
* Confident, flexible, and innovative.
* Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years).
