Trainee Team Leader - Reactive Repairs — 1 x 2-year fixed term position, with a competitive pay and benefits package. Salary depends on qualification status:
* If you do not have or are not currently working towards the Level 4 Technical Qualification: starting salary £30,997 a year, rising to £34,119 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
* If you have the Level 4 Technical Qualification: starting salary £35,234 a year, rising to £39,050 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
Tai Tarian is growing and we are looking for a self-motivated, resilient Trainee Team Leader to join us. You will complete a set trainee programme within Operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of company policies, procedures, role specific knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, and behaviours.
This is a development role within the Reactive Repairs team working towards a Team Leader post. This role provides training, coaching, exposure, guidance and experience for leadership skills.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for gaining a broad understanding of the people management and leadership duties, that supplement technical skills, within Reactive Repairs to deliver high-quality, safe, and sustainable services across all teams.
You will be expected to attain a Level 4 Housing qualification, along with gaining the relevant competencies, skills, and experiences outlined in your formal trainee Programme.
If you have the Level 4 Technical Qualification you will have a starting salary of £35,234 a year, rising to £39,050 per year after key competencies of the role are met.
