About The Role
Shift Pattern: 8am-4pm, weekend working required occasionally for open days, special events, etc.
As an Admin Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. Your duties will include answering phones, handling files, supporting managers, greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients and their families around. Your goal is to contribute to creating a vibrant, happy environment.
About You
If you can multi-task, have good computer skills, and a confident telephone manner, you might be well-suited to this role. It's important that you're a people person who takes a genuine interest in residents and their families.
