New Sales Business Development Manager - South East Remote Working
Competitive salary, £4,000 car allowance or cash equivalent, 30% OTE annual bonus potential, company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates and generous annual leave offering of 25 days, plus bank holidays, increasing with service. Permanent, Full time.
Location: Remote/Hybrid working. You will live in Gloucestershire or Oxfordshire as you will be expected to make regular client visits on patch (ALL GL & OX postcodes) and to Royal Mail Group sites as and when the business requires. Due to the nature of the role, a Full valid UK Driving Licence is required.

Lead the Charge:
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.
* Maintain a robust 12‑18 month pipeline to consistently convert leads into revenue.
* Achieve ambitious revenue and volume targets, contributing to Royal Mail's success story.
* Promote our evolving portfolio of products and solutions to meet customer needs.
About You
* Proven success in selling and new business generation and development within eCommerce, Express Parcels, or Courier sectors is ESSENTIAL.
* A commercially sharp negotiator with a challenger mindset.
* Strong presentation and influencing skills – comfortable at board level.
* Tech‑savvy with CRM expertise and analytical skills to drive performance.
* Self‑motivated, organised, and relentless in pursuit of growth.
