The company is looking for an experienced CNC Turner/Programmer to work for a busy and growing Precision Engineering firm based near to Yeadon, Leeds.
Job Details:
* Permanent Role
* £16p/hr to £17p/hr DOE
* 40hrs per week, Mon-Fri
* 25 days holiday
Requirements:
* Apprentice Trained or experienced CNC Turner
* Must be able to Program, Set, Edit and Operate
* Experience and knowledge of Siemens controls is ideal, but not necessary
* Knowledge of machining Stainless and Mild Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Copper, Bronze & Plastic
* Good experience of Sub-Contract work
* CNC Milling experience would be beneficial
* Ability to use measuring equipment such as Verniers and Micrometres
Day To Day Duties:
* Programming, setting and operating CNC's to produce accurate, quality components on time
* Effective and efficient use of all materials and tooling
* Managing your work schedule
* Self inspecting all manufactured components
* Adhering to all Quality and H&S Standards
