Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Practice Administrator and Bookkeeper for a temporary on-site role at our office in Louth. This position involves managing daily administrative operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring smooth functioning of the practice.
Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing bookkeeping tasks, handling invoices, and maintaining compliance with financial protocols.
* Coordinating office operations, managing schedules, and assisting with client communications.
* Supporting other team members as needed.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial account management.
* Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including scheduling and data management.
* Effective communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
* Proficiency in accounting software and general IT tools.
* Relevant experience in financial or office management roles.
* Ability to work independently on-site with strong time‑management skills.
* Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements is a plus.
* A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is highly desirable.
