The Opportunity Role: Senior Customer Service Representative / Export Coordinator III Pay: £15.38 per hour Shift Pattern: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Basingstoke, RG24 Position Summary As the Export Coordinator III, you will manage the end-to-end export process. This demanding role requires high attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be the key point of contact for international customers, ensuring all shipments are compliant, documented correctly, and fulfilled promptly. Key Responsibilities Export Management: Process international customer orders and schedule agreements for timely and compliant export shipments. Logistics Coordination: Work closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams to arrange transport, ensuring proper packaging, labelling, and temperature control (where required). Documentation: Prepare accurate export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and all customs-related paperwork. Customer Communication: Proactively communicate with international customers regarding order status, delays, and resolve queries/complaints adhering to departmental procedures. Compliance & Improvement: Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, monitor export performance metrics (like LOTIF), and support continuous process improvement (PPI initiatives).
