Office based part-time role based at our head office in the heart of Derbyshire.
We are a very well established toy distributor, with a great reputation within our industry, who cover the largest range of the biggest toy manufacturers in the world such as; Hasbro, Mattel, Jazwares, Spin Master, Zuru, Funko and many more.
We supply B2B to wide range of customers including; independent toy shops, online specialists, holiday parks, theme parks and major high street chains.
We are looking for a focussed and enthusiastic individual to support our Accounts team.
Duties to include:
* Processing Sales Ledger invoices and credit notes and posting cash receipts. Ensuring debts owed to the Company are paid. Includes management of customer credit limits and credit insurance.
* Sales ledger account management, including submitting invoices into customer portals, account reconciliation etc.
* Occasional support for Purchase Ledger Clerk with processing of supplier invoices and credit notes and arranging payments.
* Other ad hoc duties including reception duties, various MS-excel reports, internet banking.
* The successful candidate must be experienced in Sales ledger, credit control and have knowledge of the Purchase ledger and enjoys working in a small but busy Accounts team.
* In addition, the candidate will need to have excellent computer/MS Excel and interpersonal skills and must be able to prioritise work and use their own initiative to resolve matters.
* The person will report to the Accounts Team Leader.
