Saturday Retail Shop Assistant
Overview
We're looking for a Retail Shop Assistant to work 10am - 4pm Saturdays in our flooring showroom. You'll help customers choose the right products, keep the shop tidy and welcoming, and support the sales and fitting process.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers with flooring choices
* Support sales and process orders
* Keep displays tidy and well presented
* Help schedule fitting jobs and update records
* Maintain a clean, professional shop environment
About You
* Retail or customer service experience preferred
* Confident communicator with good people skills
* Organised and able to manage tasks efficiently
* Comfortable using computers for basic admin
