About the role
We have a fantastic and rare opportunityfor a Partnerships Manager to join the Tesco Groups Agreement team!
This role requiresa high level of stakeholder management internally & externally andto develop trusted partnerships. This involves negotiating long-term Group agreements and working in an agile way to implement these with UK & International markets.
This is a high-profile position that would suit someone looking for their next big move in their career.
You will be responsible for
1. Building and maintaining trusted partnerships with suppliers to deliver the strategic objectives of Tesco.
2. Creating compelling engagement plans to implement our Group agreements in each Tesco market and Business Unit.
3. Facilitating growth plans with our key strategic suppliers and delivery of our Group agreement services.
4. Track the performance of our supplier partners across the Tesco Group to deliver sustained growth.
5. Tracking and reporting of P&L each period vs forecast & budget to deliver quantum profit targets whilst always being cost conscious.
6. Leading the negotiation of Group agreements with suppliers.
7. Identifying and enabling new value adding opportunities to generate profitable growth for Tesco and our suppliers.
8. Understand the needs of our supplier partners for data services and lead the programme management and delivery of new data services, end-to-end.
9. Proposing and agreeing the schedule of Top-to-Top engagement with supplier partners and leading the development of briefing documents in support of senior engagement.
10. Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.

22. Influencing a large number of stakeholders including Director and C-suite level
23. Line Management experience
