Job Description
I am currently representing my client in search of a Private Client Secretary to join a busy and hardworking team at a legal firm based in the Littlehampton area.
Our client aims to recruit a Private Client Assistant / Legal Secretary with experience in this area, as this is essential for supporting their Private Client team.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Preparing correspondence and documents
2. Audio/copy typing of documents and letters
3. Diary management
4. Dealing with clients face-to-face and over the phone
5. Meeting arrangements
6. Handling post
7. Performing any other administrative or secretarial duties as required
8. Occasionally acting as a single point of contact for questions and enquiries
This is a full-time, permanent position.
