Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant the Club House on the base at Lakenheath. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth front-of-house experience. This role requires effective leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff, ensuring efficient service delivery.
* Manage daily operations, including serving, and customer interactions.
* Train and mentor team members in hospitality best practices.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and address any service issues promptly.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
* Background in serving or barista experience is advantageous.
* Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with customers and staff alike.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
