What You’ll Be Responsible For
* Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with customers and industry representatives.
* Profitability: Review costs, adjust stock levels, pursue sales leads, and earn commissions.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and security policies, complete weekly checklists, and address issues.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop your team, address underperformance, and motivate high standards.
* Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service, identify customer needs, offer alternatives, and negotiate for increased sales.
* Market Awareness: Monitor local market trends and competition; collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to convert leads into sales.

* Mobile: Full UK Driver’s Licence preferred due to travel requirements.
