This exciting role will include various responsibilities, such as:
* Providing quality support where you will listen, discuss, and plan individuals' goals and ambitions
* Providing person-centred support
* Assist with personal care, including mealtimes and medication
* Encourage and empower those we support to be independent in their everyday lives
Westward Care provides one-to-one support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or complex needs within a residential setting.
