Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor to join a long-established, full-service firm in Bristol. The team handles a mix of high street residential conveyancing and small-scale commercial property matters for a loyal local and regional client base. You’ll benefit from manageable caseloads, strong support from paralegals and assistants, and a friendly, collaborative environment. The firm is noted for its long-standing presence and modern, service-focused culture.
The role will involve:
* Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold.
* Advising on small commercial leases, purchases, and refinancing.
* Maintaining excellent client relationships and supporting junior staff.
* Contributing to departmental growth and local networking.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in residential and/or commercial property.
* Be confident managing files from instruction to post-completion.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Be proactive in contributing to a positive team culture.
