Admin role - Temporary - Enhanced DBS - 37 hours per week Your new company Working for a further education provider with campuses across Swansea. Your new role Responsible for the organising, administering and monitoring of all sources of student finance. Actively promote all sources of funding for students and develop good working relationships with students, staff and external providers Liaise with students and tutors regarding funding issues Create and maintain records which comply with audit requirements Handling highly sensitive information e.g. bank statements and ensuring when handling this information that GDPR is adhered to at all times What you'll need to succeed Experience working in an administrative role Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Good attention to detail Must pass an Enhanced DBS check Flexible to work across campuses when required What you'll get in return From 18/08/2025 until 10/10/2025 37 hours, 5 days a week.
