Role: Social Media and Community Manager
Salary: £50k - £60k
Based: 3 days a week in London Bridge
Reporting to: Head of Marketing Global
Job Description:
We're looking for a Social Media and Community Manager to own our Social Media strategy. This person will help us to achieve one of our goals: fostering engagement and connections between volunteers and organisations.
This person will need to:
* Have the ability to contribute and activate both a Community focused and Customer Acquisition Social Media Strategy
* Previous experience in growing Social Media Channels
* Be able to grow and foster relationships in a community
* Have a test-and-learn mentality
* Take responsibility and not be afraid to ask questions
Responsibilities for this role:
* Complete ownership of the Social Media function supported by the Marketing Team
* Deliver on clear OKRs outlined and agree ahead of each quarter
* Grow Social Media channels
* Collaborate with both external customers and internal resources such as Product and Tech teams
Skills needed:
* Be Brave enough to try new things
* Be Strong-Willed enough to keep going
* Must care about the little details and the results
Experience or Qualifications
* At least 5 years working as a Social Media Manager
* A proven record of building communities
* SaaS Marketing experience would be a huge plus
* Experience with working with Charities, Non-profits or Sporting Organisations will be a big plus
