The Opportunity
Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent service? Were looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Shared Services team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Youll play a key role in ensuring our suppliers are paid accurately and on time, while supporting the wider finance function.
Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments across the Samworth Group.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies by liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
Reconcile supplier statements and manage aged creditors to maintain clean ledgers.
Support intercompany processing and reconciliation within Accounts Payable.
Deliver excellent customer service to suppliers, internal stakeholders, and third parties.
The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a finance admin role (desirable).
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with Microsoft AX is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
