Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools
Location:
East of England, Essex, South Benfleet
Job Type:
Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours
Primary Industry:

Job Duties:
* Supervising students in the absence of regular teachers
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
* Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans provided by teaching staff
* Assisting students with their work and providing support as needed
* Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and any issues that arise

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage a classroom effectively
Education:
GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics
Experience:
Prior experience working with children or in a similar role is desirable but not essential
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of classroom management techniques
* Ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid certification
Working Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
