Electrical Maintenance Technician - £49.5k + overtime - Doncaster The position of Electrical Maintenance Technician operates a 12-hour shift (2 days, 2nights and 4 off) over an 8-week rolling rota. Hours: 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am Holidays: 17 shifts p/a (equivalent to 25 days p/r) Pension: Company contributions min of 7% up to 10% Extras: Employee assistance program, free parking, on a bus route, near to the train station Environment: Industrial, processing plant, this role wouldn’t suit someone who likes a spotless working environment Future: Expanding business, excellent opportunities Electrical Maintenance Technician – the job: Handling the day-to-day electrical maintenance of all industrial plant and machinery. To install and maintain new and existing equipment, whilst ensuring production is not interrupted. Hands on electrical engineering routines, in accordance with the PPM as well as emergency breakdowns. Health and safety are paramount on this site and you will be expected to conduct risk assessments on all jobs before undertaking any work / tasks and comply with all health and safety procedures. As part of the team, you will assisting other mechanical / operational departments when required.
