About the Role:
We are seeking an US Workday Sales Director / Principal Consultant to build on our substantial growth in Workday Europe and build a desk focussed on US-based client.
Initially you will lead a small team which will grow based on predetermined triggers.
From a sales perspective you will drive sales into new customers and generate opportunities to make Permanent and Contract placements.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can combine sales expertise with deep consulting experience, working closely with clients to deliver solutions that drive business value. The position requires availability during US business hours (typically 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm.
