We are looking for a fabulous Night Porter to join our Front Desk team at The Mitre, Hampton Court.

You will:
* Provide limited food and drinks service to resident guests after hours.
* Check in any late arrivals and keep all Front of House areas clean and tidy.
* Ensure the hotel is locked up and all is safe and secure.
* Some minor admin/clerical duties including evening report daily.
* Be the responsible Person and enforce fire safety procedures.
* Liaise with emergency services where necessary.
* Set up breakfast for the hotel guests.
* Maintain a professional and high-quality service environment at all times.
* Act as manager on duty for the hotel in absence of other senior managers, deal with complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issues.
* Show initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
* Assist the day teams with preparation required for a successful operation.
* Monitoring and maintaining safety compliance standards to adhere to current legislation
