Aftercare Administrator
Location/Base: Homebased (Designated office: Memorial House, Coalville), there will be a requirement to be flexible to attend the head office at least 2 days per month.
Hours: 35 hours week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with one hour for lunch each day
Salary: £24,050 - £26,722 per annum (Development RFJ 2)
The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Aftercare Administrator to join the Development aftercare team, as we focus on the successful delivery of new homes and providing excellent customer service.
In this role, you will be providing support and assistance to the Aftercare, Delivery and wider business teams to ensure the successful delivery of the delivery aftercare service working closely with Delivery Colleagues to support and maintain high levels of accuracy, organisation and communication.
The person
Do you have experience in previous multi skilled administrative work and in defect management and coordination with developers?
Do you have knowledge of working with Excel spread sheets?
Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and ability to build relationships externally and internally?
Are you able to meet tight timescales and work under pressure? If so, we would love to hear from you.

GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
Good digital and ICT skills including use of: internet, email/Outlook calendar, mobile phone/tablet, MS Word, & Digital Safety.
